(RELAXATION TECHNIQUES BODY AND MIND) Rest Man is not just a creature of bones, flesh and blood. Unfulfilled desires, the joys and sorrows of success and all kinds of memories were buried deep in his heart, and this contributed most to the formation of his character. He is always active with uncontrolled fast movements. The fleeting movements of his mind drained his energy. Those who fall for the tricks of the evil mind will never be able to live according to their own decisions. Because once he gives up, he will be lost forever. To effectively deal with stress, you need to activate your body’s natural response to Relaxation.  You can do this by practicing such as deep breathing, meditation, rhythmic exercises, and yoga. Most stress experts recommend setting aside at least 10-15 minutes a day for relaxation exercises. If you want to relieve stress more, try to exercise from 30 minutes to an hour.

How to Practice.

Sit in a comfortable posture, there should be no tension in the mind. Maintain an erect spine and gently draw in the abdomen. In the beginning there may be some discomfort due to the friction of the mat on the floor or the strain of keeping the body erect. Close the eyes and free of any tension. Breathe in through your nose. The hand on your stomach should rise. The hand on your chest should move very little. Exhale through your mouth, pushing out as much air as you can while contracting your abdominal muscles. The hand on your stomach should move in as you exhale, but your other hand should move very little. Continue to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Try to inhale enough so that your lower abdomen rises and falls. Count slowly as you exhale. With regular practice, relaxation gives you an intimate familiarity with what tension—as well as complete relaxation—feels like in different parts of the body.
